4TruckersByTruckers provides trucking industry tools including but not limited to load profitability calculators, cost-per-mile calculators, settlement and rate confirmation analyzers, FMCSA carrier and broker monitoring, CDL training, field service intake, and marketplace listings. Some tools are free. Others require a paid subscription.
Our carrier and broker monitoring tools (Authority Watch, ThreatLine) use publicly available data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), including SAFER, QCMobile, DataHub, and carrier authority files. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data. FMCSA data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice. Our tools provide information and analysis to assist your decision-making. Settlement Analyzer and Rate Con Analyzer provide plain-language explanations, not legal opinions. Heritage Health Intelligence provides general health information, not medical diagnoses. Some services require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are listed on each service's pricing page. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

All content, tools, scoring methodologies, evaluation algorithms, and audit architectures on this site are the property of G Enterprises LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any proprietary methodology without written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G Enterprises LLC, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Webster County, Missouri.
